How it works
Introduction call
Initial 15 minute call to chat through your individual and joint needs and goals. You will also gain an understanding of the counselling process
Tailored sessions
Tailored sessions including a robust report from your assessment (view sample report), designed to address relationship needs and identify strengths. Sessions are warm, collaborative and designed to support healthy communication, conflict resolution, collaboration and connection.
Robust report
Complete our comprehensive online Prepare-Enrich assessment which will take approx. 45 minutes per person to complete. You will be given a detailed and bespoke report providing a snapshot of the strengths and challenge areas within your relationship, identified stressors, relationship dynamic and personality profiles
How much it costs
From £100 per session
We recommend a minimum of 6 sessions which will include an introduction call, relationship assessment and robust report, practical exercises and homework
